Barbara Elaine Humphrey, 64, of Delaware passed away unexpectedly on Monday morning, August 19, 2024 at her residence.
She was born December 20, 1959 in Delaware to the late Joe Willis Price and Carolyn (Banks) Smith-Joyce and was a 1978 graduate of Delaware Hayes High School.
A lifetime Delaware resident, Barbara was a devoted and faithful member of the Bethel Temple in Xenia and she enjoyed reading, fishing and children. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and traveling.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 26 years, Willard "Butch"; son, Jodeci Gooden of Delaware; daughter, Doria Elaine Jackson of Delaware; brothers, Terrie (Marcia) Price of Delaware and Isaac Smith of Marion; sister, Joice Elizabeth of Urbana; nieces, Meredith, Terra, Weszleia, Alexa, and Zarreah; nephews, Brandon, Trei, Joshawa, and Nathan; and a host of great nieces and great nephews.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at the Snyder-Rodm
