Marian Irene Bartlett Crile, 96, of Marion passed away early Sunday morning, March 2, 2025 at her residence.
She was born February 9, 1929 in Crestline, Ohio to the late Wesley and Irene (Richmond) Frey.
Marian was a library technician for Ohio Wesleyan University retiring after many years. She was a member of the Ashley United Methodist Church.
An avid golfer and card player, she was a former member of the Kings Mill Golf Club. Very social, she enjoyed going out to eat with friends.
Left to cherish her memory are her son, Dean (Linda) Bartlett of Ashley; 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren; several nieces also survive.
In addition to her parents, Marian was also preceded in death by her 1st husband Gerald Bartlett, her 2nd husband Wesley Crile, her daughter Penny Lee Bartlett Crile and her 2 brothers Bill and Jim Frey.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 6, 2025 at 11:00 am at Ashley Union Cemetery with Pastor Ruben Cabanillas offici
