Bradley Jay Allen, 62, died March 4. He trusted Jesus Christ as his Savior early and followed Him
throughout life. He is now with his Lord.
Brad was born Nov. 18, 1962, in Mount Vernon and graduated from Centerburg High School in 1981 as
salutatorian. He earned a degree in accounting from The Ohio State University in 1985 and worked as a
Certified Public Accountant and a controller in the corporate world.
He is survived by five siblings-Denny (Karen) Allen, Jody (Joe) Adams, Glenn (Joanna) Allen,
Brenda (Gary) Mahon and Mary (Conrad) Doak-four nieces, eight nephews, 10 great-nieces and
seven great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Dorothy Allen, his sister Diana
Trammell and three nephews.
Brad was active in the Delaware County community, serving as vice president and a member of the
finance committee of the Delaware County District Library Board. He was also a member of the
