They can be shy and seem naive when they are just quietly observant. On the watch for those that they can help and care for.
This angel, Colleen Joyce Mettler Moore began her time among us on June 20, 1957. Her early childhood was spent in north Columbus. The balance of her teens and adulthood in Delaware county.
She picked her lifelong partner in the Spring of 1975 and they married at St. Mary Church on May 12, 1979, making Steve Moore the luckiest of all mortals.
Together they loved and raised two sons, Caleb and Curtis. She was never known to hover, but would rather teach them the basics of life, love and respect for all living things. They did not always have what they wanted. She made sure they always had what they needed. Physically and emotionally with an abundance of love. She spread that love to her two daughters-in-law, Amber and Merideth. And unquestionably strong is her love for her two grandsons Oliver and Gavin.
