Sharon Lee Spencer Doritty, 80, of Sunbury, Ohio, passed away on March 14, 2025, after a brief illness. Sharon was born on August 11, 1944, in Murray City, Ohio to Elmer Clayton Spencer and DesdaMona Ladd Durian Spencer.
She graduated from Buchtel York High School. After high school, she worked as a babysitter and roller-skating instructor before joining Western Electric where she met her husband, Richard A Doritty.
While devotedly raising her three daughters at home, she found joy in volunteering, bowling, and actively supporting her children's activities, whether it was softball games, band concerts, or Girl Scout events. She generously gave her time to the local band and athletic boosters, faithfully operating the visitor side concession stand during football games for many years.
Her homemade crochet quilts showcased her creativity, and her endearing love-hate relationship with electronics became a charming quirk. Above all, she was cherished for her loving personality and dedicat
